Design
Aperture Size, Break Glass Hammer and High visibility light sensitive emergency decals meet ADR44/02 specifications.
Size
To suit aperture length 804(+2,-0)mm, width 613(+2,-0)mm & corner radius of 113(+2,-0)mm. Accommodates 38mm to 70mm roof thickness.
Material
Glass to AS2080, fully painted with white ceramic, VLT = 21 +/-5%
Frame – aluminium extrusion welded to AS1665.
Finish
LED Light assembly – black powdercoat
Frame – APO grey powdercoat to AS3715
Hammer with Heavy Duty stainless lanyard & fixing bracket with hammer detector.
Internal Trim
Black PVC plastic – roof thickness 38mm to 56mm
Black EPDM rubber – roof thickness 56mm to 70mm
Electrical System
Hatch fitted with high quality blue LED Lighting system to ensure the emergency exit decals are activated for a minimum of 15 min operation time in an emergency.

Seal: Black EPDM rubber double seal system

Dome: White Inside and Outside
Frame: White Powder coat to AS3715

Ventilation Operation
Raise or Lower the dome by pushing or pulling the ‘T’ handles.
Emergency Operation
Ensure the dome is in the raised position & operate the emergency lock catch as per illuminated instructions on dome.
Dome swings fully open 95-100 degrees for ease of exit through the hatch in the emergency position.
